Charity Cripps received her Dental Receptionist Certificate through continuing education and has more than nine years of experience as a dental office receptionist.
Passionate about helping others, Charity was attracted to dental reception because it allows for extensive patient interaction. Drawing on her exceptional organizational and administrative skills, she supports patients in several ways, including assisting with insurance processing, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and helping them feel comfortable and well cared for.
Energetic, fun, and creative, Charity is known for her witty sense of humour and uncanny ability to put even the most apprehensive dental patients at ease. Her warm and humorous approach to patient interaction is an important part of her skill set and is reflected in how much she enjoys conversing with patients while they wait.
On weekends, Charity usually spends time outdoors enjoying nature with her family and dog. Whether it’s going for sushi with her daughter, dancing, boating, or helping her partner drag race, you can be sure she brings plenty of positive energy and excitement to the activity. She loves embracing new adventures and travelling with her family to explore new cultures and places.
